  3. Notification and Appointment: To initiate the refund process, please contact us and schedule an appointment within the 4-day guarantee period. We will evaluate the condition of your nails and address any concerns.

  4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds or touch-up services are subject to our evaluation of the issue. In some cases, a touch-up or correction may be the appropriate solution. If a refund is granted, it will be provided for the specific service in question.

  6. Non-Nail Services: Please note that this guarantee and refund policy specifically applies to nail services. Other beauty services, such as waxing, eye cosmetics, or massages, are not covered under the 4-day guarantee.

  7. Refund Process: If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
